You may know me as a frequent visitor of the Moulin Vert, the notorious Absinthe bar of Montmartre. But I want make sure you know that I am also a sexual dynamo, a promoter of all things bohemian, a hater of the bourgeoisie and an devoted ALANDIA Absintheur!

Today I want to present you my favorite devotion, ALANDIAs Moulin Vert Absinthe, the house brand of the Moulin Vert on Monmartre. I fell in love with the natural green color, the perfect louche and of course the classic alcohol level of 68%...Every time I go out with Toulouse Lautrec we sip this special elixir and watch our concubine La Gouloue perform her famous Cancan. History:

ALANDIAs Moulin Vert is a distilled Absinthe, made after a classic French recipe from the 19th century. No artificial additives are used and the alcohol level is set at classic 68%. This level of alcohol sets free the green color of the used herbs like hyssop and Artemisia Pontica that gives Absinthe its unique green appearance. When water is added, Moulin Vert magically louches to an opalescent white.

We recommend to serve Moulin Vert with two parts cold water and two sugar cubes. Then the complex flavors will open its full effect and you will experience the fascinating vividness of this very special Absinthe.
